Openstock Policies

1. What is your Money-Back Guarantee?

If you’re not completely satisfied with your Openstock purchase, simply return it within 30 days, and we’ll either replace your item or issue a full refund for the product value. We’re confident in our renewed and open-box products and want you to be as well. That's why we offer a satisfaction guarantee of 120 days from the purchase date on all Openstock Renewed items purchased online.


Please note that Openstock's Money-Back Guarantee covers only the product cost and does not include additional expenses such as installation or materials. Customers are responsible for return shipping fees unless an incorrect or defective item was shipped. After 30 days, renewed items are eligible for a replacement or an Openstock Credit only.

3. What is your cancellation policy?

To cancel an order, call us at 1-866-555-5555 between 9:00 AM-7:00 PM EST Monday-Friday. Cancellations can be processed if the order has not yet been shipped from the warehouse. Orders typically ship within a few hours after being placed.

Openstock Renewed

1. What is an Openstock Renewed product?

Openstock Renewed products undergo a thorough inspection by trained technicians at an Openstock Facility. Genuine replacement parts are used as needed, and the product is guaranteed to meet the original specifications and function like new, with possible minor cosmetic blemishes. Every product comes with an full warranty backed by a nationwide network of service centers.

2. Why buy an Openstock Renewed product?

3. Where do renewed products come from?

Renewed items are usually unused products returned to the original seller. These items undergo inspection and reconditioning at an Openstock Facility before being resold as renewed.

4. Who Renews the products?

A trained Openstock Quality Control specialist inspects, reconditions, and repackages every Openstock Renewed product to ensure our customers have an exceptional purchasing experience.

Shipping

1. What are your shipping terms?

We ship only to physical addresses within the United States. Please note that shipments may arrive in Openstock packaging, which could reveal the type of item ordered.

2. When will my item ship?

Most orders received before 5 PM ET (Monday-Friday) ship within 24 hours. Orders placed after 5 PM ET on Friday, or over the weekend, will ship the following Monday. Some heavy items may ship via freight carrier, which may have variable delivery times.

3. When will my item arrive?

Delivery times depend on your location. Shipments from our primary warehouse typically arrive within 3-5 business days.

4. Can I track my shipment?

5. Do you offer expedited shipping?

Yes, we offer Overnight, 2-Day, and 3-Day shipping options on most items (3-Day shipping is unavailable to Alaska and Hawaii). Options and pricing are displayed during checkout. For more information, call us at 1-855-555-5555.

6. Do you ship internationally?

We currently do not ship internationally or to APO/FPO addresses, U.S. Territories, Canada, or P.O. Boxes.
