If you’re not completely satisfied with your Openstock purchase, simply return it within 30 days, and we’ll either replace your item or issue you an Openstock Store Credit for the product value.

We’re confident in our renewed and open-box products and want you to be as well. That’s why we offer a satisfaction guarantee of 120 days from the purchase date on all Openstock Renewed items purchased online.

Please note: Openstock’s Guarantee covers only the product cost and does not include additional expenses such as installation or materials. Customers are responsible for return shipping fees unless an incorrect or defective item was shipped.

Renewed items are eligible for a replacement or Openstock Credit only.
