We’re confident in our renewed and open-box products and want you to be as well. That's why we offer a satisfaction guarantee of 120 days from the purchase date on all Openstock Renewed items purchased online.

Please note that Openstock's Money-Back Guarantee covers only the product cost and does not include additional expenses such as installation or materials. Customers are responsible for return shipping fees unless an incorrect or defective item was shipped. After 30 days, renewed items are eligible for product replacement or an Openstock Credit only.
