Furniture Return & Exchange Policy

At Openstock Outlet, we work hard to provide quality furniture at exceptional prices. Because furniture is a significant purchase and many items are ordered specifically for our customers, we encourage all customers to carefully inspect dimensions, colors, materials, and features prior to purchase.

All Furniture Sales Are Final

Furniture purchases are considered final upon pickup or delivery.

We do not accept returns or exchanges due to:

  • Change of mind
  • Color preference
  • Comfort preference
  • Style preference
  • Furniture not fitting through doorways, hallways, stairways, elevators, or into the intended room
  • Customer measurement errors
  • Normal variations in wood grain, fabric texture, leather markings, color shading, or other natural characteristics
  • Expectations that differ from showroom displays, manufacturer photos, website photos, or online images

Damaged or Defective Merchandise

Customers must inspect merchandise upon delivery or pickup.

Any damage, shortage, or manufacturing defect must be reported within twenty-four (24) hours of delivery or pickup.

Photos may be required for review.

Openstock Outlet reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to:

  • Repair the item
  • Replace the damaged part or component
  • Exchange the item for the same model
  • Issue store credit if repair or replacement is not feasible

Openstock Outlet reserves the right to determine the appropriate remedy.

Special Orders

Special-order, custom-order, and made-to-order merchandise cannot be canceled, returned, or exchanged once the order has been submitted to the manufacturer.

All deposits on special-order merchandise are non-refundable.

Mattresses & Bedding

For health and sanitary reasons, all mattress, foundation, adjustable base, pillow, and bedding sales are final.

No returns or exchanges will be accepted.

Clearance, Floor Models, Open Box & As-Is Merchandise

All clearance merchandise, floor samples, display models, open-box merchandise, customer-return merchandise, liquidation merchandise, closeout merchandise, and “As-Is” merchandise are sold as-is and are final sale.

Customers acknowledge and accept any cosmetic imperfections present at the time of purchase.

Delivery & Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for:

  • Measuring rooms, doorways, hallways, stairways, elevators, and entry points before purchase
  • Ensuring adequate access for delivery
  • Being present or arranging for an authorized representative during delivery

If delivery cannot be completed because furniture does not fit or access is unavailable, additional delivery fees may apply.

Refused deliveries due to customer preference, room fitment issues, or change of mind do not qualify for a refund.

Manufacturer Warranties

Many products include manufacturer warranties. Warranty coverage varies by manufacturer and product.

Openstock Outlet will assist customers with warranty claims; however, all warranty determinations are subject to manufacturer approval.

Management-Approved Exceptions

In rare circumstances and solely at management’s discretion, Openstock Outlet may approve a return that does not involve damage or manufacturer defect.

If approved, the following conditions will apply:

  • Return request must be made within seven (7) days of delivery or pickup
  • Merchandise must be in like-new condition
  • No stains, odors, damage, pet hair, excessive wear, or modifications
  • Original sales receipt is required
  • Customer is responsible for returning merchandise to Openstock Outlet

Approved returns will be subject to:

  • A 30% restocking fee
  • Deduction of all delivery, pickup, assembly, service, and handling charges
  • Inspection and approval by management

Refunds will be issued as store credit only unless otherwise required by law.

Right to Refuse Returns

Openstock Outlet reserves the right to refuse any return, exchange, or refund request that does not meet the requirements of this policy.

Limitation of Liability

Openstock Outlet shall not be liable for incidental, consequential, indirect, special, or punitive damages arising from the purchase, delivery, assembly, installation, ownership, or use of merchandise.

Openstock Outlet’s maximum liability shall not exceed the purchase price paid for the merchandise.

Customer Acknowledgment

By completing a purchase, the customer acknowledges that they have inspected or reviewed the merchandise and agree to the terms of this Furniture Return & Exchange Policy.

IMPORTANT: Please measure carefully before purchasing. Furniture that does not fit into your home or intended space is not considered defective and is not eligible for return.
