RIDGID introduces the R860444 Brushless Compact Router (Tool Only). RIDGIDs brushless motor technology delivers maximum performance and longer runtime. The new router boasts 50% increased power over the predecessor model, delivering more power than corded units.  With a premium die-cast body and rubber over mold, this router brings increased durability and up to 40% vibration reduction. Using a roundover bit, this unit cuts up to 250 ft. per charge when paired with a 2.0 Ah MAX Output Battery, allowing users to get more done with a single battery. The micro adjustment dial provides users with quick and precise depth adjustment.  The variable speed dial optimizes control by allowing the torque to be adjusted to match a desired cut.   Using the vacuum dust port, users can keep their workspace clean and minimize cleanup time. Users can easily turn the unit on and off with the improved on/off rocker switch. With user convenience in mind, this model features single action base removal and a spindle lock, making macro-adjustments quicker and accessory changes easier. As always, the RIDGID 18V Brushless Compact Router is 100% compatible with all RIDGID 18V batteries.
